Dr. Carrie Watkins, ND has extensive training as a yoga teacher receiving certification through the Yoga Sanctuary Teacher Training in Toronto, Ontario in Vinyasa Yoga as well as the Sivananda intensive training program in Kerala, India. A regular practitioner of yoga for her own health benefits, she often recommends yoga programs as part of physical, mental and emotional wellness. Victoria is fortunate to have many yoga studio options that are suitable for wide variety of needs from gentle stretching, meditation, hot yoga to power yoga challenges. Dr Watkins regularly runs meditation courses throughout Victoria.
