Yoga Classes in Victoria

Dr Watkins is a certified yoga instructor teaching regularly throughout Victoria BC. She offers vinyasa flow classes to balance and support energy flow by linking dynamic movment with breath.

Meditation opportunities are also offered through the James Bay Community Center for those wishing to deepen their practice. 

MOKSANA:

  • Flow Level 1-2: 730 am - 830 am Monday / Wednesday / Friday
These classes offer a continuous flow to support the development of strength, length and balance in the body and mind. Longer holds and faster pace flows encourages students to build more control over the breath and in developing mental focus.
