If you want to make a change in your life, don’t know where to start and are feeling overwhelmed with health information, this is the course for you.

Take part in Your Best Health Workshop held one evening a week for 5 sessions. Each week will focus on a specific topic including:

Foundations of Nutrition

  • Learn the building blocks of nurition including healthy fats, carbohydrates, protein and fibre.

How to shop the healthy way

  •  Shopping excursion to understand lables and learn to navigate through all the choices.

How to live chemical free

  •  Learn the impact of chemicals on health and how to minimize your exposure.

Stress Management

  • Learn the connection between stress and disease and techniques to manage it.

Yoga and Meditation Foundations

  • Discover the benefits yoga and meditation can bring to both your body and mind.

Group size is limited to 6 people. This is a perfect program to do with a friend and share the experience or connect with other health minded people. Each participant also receives one private initial consultation and follow-up consultation with Dr.Carrie Watkins to focus on addressing individual health concerns.
